About the project

• We're looking for a Lead DevOps / MLOps Engineer to help us shape and scale the infrastructure behind several exciting AI-driven projects.

Your responsibilities

• Define architecture and DevOps strategy across multiple machine learning and software projects
• Oversee implementation and ensure technical consistency and quality across projects
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers
• Collaborate directly with our engineering-focused CEO
• Stay up to date with best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud security

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related engineering roles
• Willingness to work from the office 1–2 times per week for technical collaboration and strategy sessions
• Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, production-grade code
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Hands-on knowledge of ArgoCD and similar GitOps tools
• Strong architectural thinking and the ability to manage multiple project environments

Optional

• Background in machine learning, AI infrastructure, or data engineering
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, MLflow, or Kubeflow
• Prior experience leading DevOps/MLOps in a startup or fast-scaling environment
