Your responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and management reports
• Participate in budgeting processes and budget control
• Analyze standard costs and variances (including production, cost, and budget variances), calculate and update standard cost rates
• Support operational departments in profitability and cost-efficiency analysis
• Take part in month-end closing and quarterly financial reviews
• Work with BI tools and ERP systems in an international environment
• Collaborate with foreign controlling and finance departments
• Work closely with accounting and auditors
• Support management in business decision-making by providing ad hoc analyses, recommendations, and interpreting financial data in the context of strategic goals
• Identify opportunities for improving operational and cost efficiency – act as a financial and profitability advisor
• Participate in transformation and development projects (e.g., cost optimization, digitalization, development of reporting tools)

Our requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial or operational controlling
• Higher education – preferred fields: finance, accounting, economics
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1) – daily use of the language
• Experience in standard costing and variance analysis
• Very good knowledge of analytical and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS knowledge is a plus)
• Accuracy, independence, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and present data to non-technical audiences
