Your responsibilities

  • Verification of incoming documents
  • Handling PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes in SAP (workflow handling, manual postings, cancellations)
  • Answering incoming e-mails and phone calls
  • Registration of incoming reminders
  • Finding trigger for bank details change and ensure completeness of documentation
  • Posting Special Invoice types (whey, utilities, Milk etc. phone bills, council taxes, contract invoices)
  • GL and Vendor Account reconciliation
  • Direct debit account handling
  • Handling of discrepancies (Escalate price and quantity discrepancies)
  • GR/IR account reconciliation
  • Monitoring and clearing open items on vendor ledger
  • Foreign currency valuation
  • Interests Notes handling
  • Supporting junior accountants in more complex cases

Our requirements

  • Graduate / student in finance and accounting or similar area
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Approximately 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in finance or accounting
  • Team-oriented and proactivity in dealing with issues
  • Positive attitude and engagement
  • Openness to change and improvements
  • Fluent English and Danish
