Your responsibilities

• Facilitating Programme and Project Delivery: Proactively managing scope, schedule, dependencies, budget, and risks to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Promoting Agile Ways of Working: Driving the adoption and consistent use of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) within Technology teams, in alignment with organisational transformation frameworks.
• Collaborating with Business Stakeholders: Assisting in the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories, enabling efficient delivery by Technology teams with minimal cross-product coordination.
• Managing Stakeholder Relationships: Supporting and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting Senior Project and Programme Managers: Contributing across all stages of the initiative lifecycle, particularly in the delivery of large, complex, or high-priority programmes and projects.
• Planning Resources and Responsibilities: Leading or supporting the definition of resourcing needs, team responsibilities, and delivery schedules.
• Establishing Programme Controls: Implementing and maintaining effective governance structures, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensuring Compliance with Organisational Standards: Driving adherence to company-wide standards and aligning programme and project activities with internal change frameworks.

Our requirements

• Experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile project delivery.
• Proven track record in managing infrastructure and software development projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to explain complex issues clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in budget management and resource planning.
• Experience in regulated, multinational environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process documentation tools.
• Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset.
