Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for a designated area in Poland.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Travel to client sites to ensure direct sales, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
  • Generating new leads and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Contacting potential (cold call) and existing clients.
  • Identifying client’s needs and providing technical solutions.
  • Conducting commercial meetings and sales negotiations.
  • Use CRM and other tools to support the sales process.

Our requirements

  • Proven sales experience in industrial machine equipment, preferably in the laser technology sector.
  • Native proficiency in Polish and high-level proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues from internal team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in a similar industrial sales role.
  • Able to work in and contribute to a multicultural team, at the same time able to work autonomously and self-propelled.
  • Managing time effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Eager to develop new business together.
  • Must be based in or around Warsaw, Lodz, Poznan or Wroclaw Area
  • Valid driver’s license with clean account.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
