Your responsibilities

  • Website Leadership & Optimization
  • • Lead the website redesign project.
  • • Manage ongoing website governance, including regular updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company website and landing pages. Manage the website update calendar.
  • • Optimize website structure and content for improved SEO performance and user experience
  • • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging and on-brand digital assets.
  • • Define KPIs and monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, refining dashboards in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Define the action plan.
  • Social Media Management
  • • Manage the company’s social media accounts, maintain and oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment across departments and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • • Track and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • • Ensure that all social media activities are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to business objectives.
  • • Investigate new platforms where we should be present.
  • Digital Strategy and Lead Generation
  • • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and campaign planning.
  • • Identify and implement effective digital lead generation strategies, optimizing tools and tactics to maximize results.
  • • Continuously assess and improve digital approaches to increase lead quality and conversion.
  • • Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors’ communication strategies regularly.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing in B2B
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English
  • Practical Knowledge of CMS platforms (Sitecore is a plus)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media management tools
  • Familiar with content creation tools: Canva, Lumen5
