Your responsibilities

• Ensures that day-to-day reporting, including prediction reports and Cash Flow Forecast, are sent to Portfolio Managers, to allow Asset Management (German client) to make proper investment decisions
• Responds to Client and Investor queries in a timely manner under senior team member supervision, ensuring all requests are accurately resolved while adhering to the fund's deadlines
• Performs booking of orders keeping high accuracy according to funds cut-offs to protect group's interest
• Executes Corporate Action events keeping high accuracy and fund’s deadlines
• Monitoring of pending transactions, their settlement and clarification of stock and cash discrepancies
• Performs relevant checks in process checklists to ensure proper risk mitigation
• Collaborates with other team members, participates in business-related trainings, and introduces new joiners to keep operational knowledge on highest possible level across the team
• Continuously looks for enhancements in BAU and suggest possible solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate operational risk
• Participates in business-related projects across departments, to contribute in technologic development and growth of Transfer Agency

Our requirements

• Fluent English and German (min. B2)
• At least 2 years of experience in Fund Industry
• Strong attention to details and high accuracy
• MS Office knowledge
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
• Proactivity and ability to take initiative
