Your responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating production processes in line with production schedules and quality standards.
  • Supervising the production team (approx. 60 operators and 2–3 team leaders), including task delegation, employee motivation, and development.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring effective utilization of production resources.
  • Initiating and implementing process optimization activities to improve efficiency.
  • Introducing new technologies, tools, and work methods to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all processes.
  • Responding to crisis situations and resolving ongoing operational issues.
  • Preparing production performance analyses and reports, along with recommendations for management.
  • Collaborating with maintenance, logistics, and quality control departments.
  • Participating in the relocation of production lines, including business trips to Germany.

Employer requirements

  • Higher technical education (preferred fields: mechanical engineering, production engineering, automation).
  • Minimum several years of experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment (people with experience managing small teams are welcome).
  • German language proficiency at minimum B1 level – spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a production team.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods, including 5S and Kaizen.
  • Independence, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to make well-considered decisions quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tools for analyzing production data.
