About the project

• We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our test automation efforts. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in software testing and a passion for building robust, scalable automation frameworks. You will lead the automation strategy, mentor team members, and ensure the highest quality standards across our products.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Define automation strategies, tools, and best practices to improve QA efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
• Mentor and guide other QA team members in automation practices and coding standards.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new automation tools and techniques to improve processes.
• Ensure that all automated tests are part of the CI/CD pipeline for continuous quality checks.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation (5+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Solid experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Knowledge of Polish is a must
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
