Your responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex process and system programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain structured program frameworks, plans, and governance models.
• Align and coordinate business, functional, and IT teams across global regions.
• Serve as the transformation program lead, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues proactively, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, support change management, and promote adoption of new ways of working.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical challenges, working with IT and business leaders to resolve roadblocks and prioritize actions.
• Embed lessons learned and continuous improvement into program practices.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs or large-scale projects. (Alternatively: 5+ years in a top-tier consulting firm with program delivery focus).
• Formal project/program management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Strong understanding of global process design and ERP or system transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead in matrixed environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic and operational priorities.
