Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for business development of x-ray inspection equipment globally via a dedicated team of 3-4 regional BDMs.
  • Screening the market for new partners, key accounts and OEMs and penetrating the market to bring new business to Aicon X-Ray.
  • Responsibility for sales results and close cooperation with 3 central sales teams: distributor channel, KA channel and OEM channel.
  • Support in successful delivery of projects and customer success activities on regional level
  • Collaboration with other departments in the company: marketing, technical teams.
  • Co-creation of sales strategy and direction of sales activities at the organizational level by close collaboration with Aicon's managment.

Our requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic sales or business development. Experience in industrial equipment and/or the F&B industry is welcome.
  • Master’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Team management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members, foster collaboration, and effectively delegate tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects and achievement of team goals.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages will be an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strong contract negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of maintaining strong engagement with external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of F&B quality inspection technologies is an asset. Willingness to learn is a must.
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in sales performance analysis and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and organizational structures.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
