Description

  • Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment: You will independently manage recruitment projects for key positions – from specialist to expert and leadership roles. You will be responsible for various recruitment processes, not limited to the Tech area. Here, every day is different.

  • Active direct search, not waiting: Forget about passively reviewing CVs. We expect you to be a master of direct search, building strategies to reach the talent that the entire market is competing for.

  • Business partnership that matters: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our hiring managers. We expect you to advise them, challenge the status quo, and collaboratively develop the best solutions, not just take orders.

  • Candidate Experience: Your role will be to maintain the highest quality candidate experience by ensuring fast and transparent communication.

  • Data, not feelings: You will manage the recruitment funnel in our ATS, focusing on analytics and process efficiency. We want to know what works and what doesn't.

  • Impact on employer branding: You will have a real impact on how the best candidates in the e-commerce market perceive us. Your actions will directly translate into our ability to attract talent.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in independently managing recruitment, gained in an agency or a fast-growing in-house environment. It would be great if you know what a fast pace means.

  • Direct search and Boolean are your native languages. LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools hold no secrets for you.

  • You are a master of communication. You can build relationships based on trust and partnership, but you can also assertively defend your opinion and are not afraid of difficult conversations in a demanding environment.

  • You can juggle multiple tasks at once and deliver results under time pressure. Excellent work organization is a foundation for you, not a goal in itself.

  • A minimum of B2 level English is an absolute must. It is the language we use to communicate with our colleagues in other Base.com markets.
