Opis stanowiska

Ogilvy – the top advertising network according to WARC for four years running (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024), and a leading name in the advertising industry. We are currently looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation & Execution:
  • Develop briefs and create ongoing content calendars.
  • Independently create (record, edit), and publish engaging posts across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) in alignment with the social media strategy.
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand campaigns and category activations.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Moderate social media profiles.
  • Responsible for social media reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze social media data (insights) to optimize performance.
  • Manage ongoing paid media campaigns for assigned profiles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and creating content for FMCG profiles (Meta and TikTok Business Manager).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in developing successful consumer activations.
  • Proactive and able to drive positive change within the team and adapt to organizational changes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive internal and external relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office/home environment.
