Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct purchasing activities to optimize cost and quality from suppliers, considering corporate social responsibility (CSR), innovation, and risks.

• Adherence to local laws and regulations (GDPR, EBA, banking outsourcing framework).

• Maintain and archive records of third-party collaborations to mitigate legal, regulatory, and audit risks.

• Distribute invoices within the system to facilitate timely payments.

• Input supplier data into SAP for accurate accounting.

Requirements:

• Over 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or Administration.

• Fluency in both Polish and English (min. B2 level)

• Master's degree (MA) in Economics, Administration, Procurement, Law, or Management Studies.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Proficient knowledge of SAP and other procurement tools will be a plus.

• Basic knowledge of contract layout and relevant legal aspects.
