We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌​

• Provide technical support to equipment users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎​

• Fluency in Bulgarian (B2/C1).
• Very good command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m​.

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 48,00 gross/h.
