We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who wants to shape the future with a fantastic team in the US and Poland.

💼 The ideal candidate has:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing (B2B SaaS will be a strong plus).

  • Practical knowledge of HubSpot and Miro (Salesforce/Zoom would be a plus).

  • Good sense of working with AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for research, drafting, and process optimization.

  • Analytical mindset – ability to draw conclusions from data and translate them into actionable steps.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

  • Proactivity, independence, and willingness to bring in new ideas.

  • Readiness to work in an office-first model in Wrocław (with hybrid flexibility).

🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Creating and managing cross-sell/upsell campaigns targeted at our existing clients (segmentation, communication, performance analysis).

  • End-to-end management of webinars – from registrations and promotion to follow-up activities.

  • Building and maintaining a base of references and client testimonials (social proof).

  • Collaboration with the Customer Success team in planning initiatives and client communication.

  • Monitoring and reporting campaign results, drawing insights, and implementing improvements.

  • Ensuring consistency and organization in marketing processes (SOPs, checklists, data in HubSpot/Salesforce).
