We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You should have a proven track record of managing high-value enterprise accounts, Polish accounts, working closely with C-level stakeholders, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. If you love building strong relationships, developing strategic success plans, and ensuring customers get the most value from a solution, this role is for you!

🎯 Things you’ll do:
Own and manage a portfolio of our Polish customers
Develop and execute strategies to help customers maximize the value of our solution and achieve their business goals
Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring smooth implementation and early adoption
Analyze data to spot upsell, upgrade, and cross-sell opportunities driving revenue growth
Develop retention strategies to ensure high renewal rates and minimize customer churn
