Prepare, transform, and model data within Microsoft Fabric (or equivalent Azure services such as ADF and Synapse) to support reporting and analytics needsDesign and build Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights for business stakeholdersCollaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business teams to define data requirements and ensure data is ready for analysisPerform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reportsWhere required, create and maintain simple data pipelines or ingestion processes to bring data into Fabric for reporting purposesAssist in the migration of existing QlikView reports to Power BI, ensuring consistency and alignment with business needsParticipate in discussions on data architecture and reporting solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and best practicesMaintain compliance with security, integrity, and governance standards for all reporting dataContinuously improve report performance, usability, and user adoption through feedback and iteration

Kogo poszukujemy? Ideally you have:Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and preparing data for reporting and analyticsProficiency in Power BI, including data transformation (Power Query), DAX, and report/dashboard design best practicesExperience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Spark, Python) for data ingestion and transformationStrong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and validating data accuracyAbility to work efficiently with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sourcesKnowledge of data security, privacy, and governance best practices (e.g., RBAC, data lineage, GDPR)Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insightsB2 and higher level of both spoken and written EnglishNice to have:QlikView (including migration to Power BI)Snowflake, Databricks, familiarity with Delta Lake / Medallion ArchitectureMonitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
