In this role, you’ll support the business team by fixing industry codes and helping build a new customer and client data database.What you will doTurn business needs into clear, actionable user stories for developers.Work closely with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to keep everything aligned with the bigger delivery picture.Run workshops and interviews to gather and refine requirements.Help define customer journeys and product features that bring real value.Partner with Solution Architects and tech teams to dig into the technical side.Bridge the gap between business requirements and solution design.Support the testing phase by organizing, tracking, and following up on results.Make sure delivery stays on track across the entire project lifecycle.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management.Be part of growing the Change Management practice and help shape the BA community.
