About the project:We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic initiative in the telecommunications sector, supporting the development of digital platforms used by customers across Europe. The role will be part of a growing international tech center and focus on enhancing web and mobile applications for end-users.Your responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to define, refine, and document requirements for customer-facing applications Translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with designers and developers to ensure alignment between UX concepts and technical solutions Support the testing process by identifying relevant scenarios and ensuring requirement traceability Participate actively in agile ceremonies and support effort estimationsWork Setup:B2B contract Hybrid model (3 days/week in office)Long-term engagement All necessary hardware provided by the client

Core Requirements:Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in agile environments (preferably Scrum) Ability to read and interpret code (coding not required) Understanding of web and mobile application development processes Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Fluent in English (C1 level) Nice to Have:Familiarity with test case definition and QA support Experience with BPMN
