Employer requirements

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with database development in MS SQL Server
• Strong passion and proficiency in database design and development
• Deep understanding of relational database architecture and optimization
• Proven experience in:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining MS SQL Server databases
• Writing and optimizing stored procedures used as the business logic layer
• SQL query optimization, including use of views, indexes, and profiling tools
• Familiarity with other database technologies is a plus
• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET Core is a plus
• Comfortable working within SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
• Fluent English

Your responsibilities

• Designing the architecture for databases and data models
• Developing and maintaining ERP and BackOffice database systems
• Contributing to software development within a SCRUM team, following defined work backlogs
• Exploring and evaluating new technologies that can deliver value to our customers
• Participating in technical conferences, seminars, and training sessions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping build a high-performing team culture
