2+ years first-hand experience in email automation and email marketing software platforms required (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, SalesManago etc).
Sitecore or other CMS experience is a plus.
Confident user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English & Polish.
Problem-solving ability through technical expertise.
Good understanding of end-to-end CRM marketing processes, including strategy, creative development, and operational tasks.
Experience in the use of marketing automation technology to deliver personalized, omni-channel campaigns and journeys.
Your responsibilities
Building CRM communication plan to support campaign communication. Managing and driving timely execution of the CRM time schedule.
Handling operational tasks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems, such as:
preparing preview templates and files for translation, adding links to emails and testing them, UTM tags, SMS tagging, app notifications scheduling, transactional emails setup and local content uploading,
building scenarios and setting up A/B or multivariant tests,
building personalized or dynamic emails and landing pages.
Ensuring CRM communication follows industry policies and best practices.
Supporting CRM Manager in launching CRM communication in new channels, to develop testing strategies and provide recommendations for optimization.
Collaborating with different teams to define and implement new platform features and achieve best quality content and designs.
Contributing to data analysis reviews and apply learnings to future CRM communication to improve performance. Continuously identify unique opportunities to reach customers and to test new ideas.
