Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a customer-facing or on-site role.
  • Good knowledge of common IT hardware (POS systems, printers, mobile devices, networking basics).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel regularly (once per 6 weeks) to the client's location.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform regular IT equipment checks on-site, following a predefined checklist.
  • Inspect shop floor devices (POS systems, scanners, printers, payment terminals).
  • Verify functionality of mobility devices (iPads, mobile apps, mobile printers) and ensure iOS compliance.
  • Conduct back-of-house equipment checks for staff-only areas.
  • Networking checks: Wi-Fi, audio systems, VoIP, printers, and shared network resources.
  • Report and document any issues discovered, escalating as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with store teams and provide basic guidance when needed.
