3 to 5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or a related field
A background in Business Analysis or ServiceNow module configuration/use
Familiarity with IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage) and recovery strategies
Strong skills in functional documentation, user support, and issue resolution
Experience working with Tableau, ServiceNow, or other enterprise tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Your responsibilities
Define and draft functional specifications for IT Continuity-related ServiceNow modules (e.g., ASC, IC Plan, Exercise) and cross-functional modules (Risk, Issues)
Gather and document user requirements from global business entities
Support ServiceNow developments and manage follow-ups on enhancements, incidents, and remediation activities
Provide functional support to users, handle debugging, and escalate issues as needed
Create and update IT Continuity project specifications and visualizations in Tableau
Coordinate and validate IT asset classification and ensure data consistency in ServiceNow
Assist in developing and improving Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies with IT asset managers
Monitor execution and evidence collection for DR tests and continuity exercises
Track and analyze incidents impacting continuity; propose and document corrective actions
Maintain up-to-date documentation on continuity policies, procedures, and test results
Help promote awareness and understanding of IT Continuity best practices across teams
