LiveOps Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive LiveOps strategies to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization across our mobile game portfolio. Plan, execute, and optimize in-game events, promotions, content releases, and feature rollouts, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of LiveOps campaigns. Monitor key LiveOps KPIs (e.g., daily active users, retention, ARPPU, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Game Design & Feature Ownership:
Lead the ideation, definition, and prioritization of new game features, systems, and content updates, with a strong user-centric approach. Translate product requirements into detailed game design specifications and user stories, working closely with designers, artists, and engineers. Champion innovative game mechanics and monetization strategies that enhance the player experience while achieving business goals. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile gaming landscape.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and own the product roadmap for assigned games, aligning it with company-wide strategic objectives and market opportunities. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs and inform product decisions. Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and optimize game performance. Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Leverage data analytics tools to monitor game performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish frameworks for measuring product success. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product development and LiveOps optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a central hub of communication between development, marketing, art, QA, and community teams. Foster a collaborative and agile environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
