Our requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, covering all major products: Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform App Engine, and Security Operations
• Expertise in JavaScript coding
• Familiarity with the software development process (Agile)
• Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)
• Understanding of relational database concepts
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with Business Analysts & Testers to ensure solutions align with client expectations
• Optimize platform usability, reduce sprawl, and drive automation initiatives
• Enhance governance models to sustain platform stability and scalability
• Address and resolve technical and functional challenges in the ServiceNow environment
• Contribute to the development of integration strategies for connecting ServiceNow with other tools
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and customizations
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
• Work in a SAFe environment as part of a Scrum team
