University degree in technical writing, journalism, research, or similar.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP services and solutions.
Experience using CMS and CCMS systems for documentation.
Ability to write for both technical and end users.
Your responsibilities
Identify areas of improvement of user guidance & usability in close collaboration with the development team.
Document technical topics for the developer audience as well as user assistance documents for end users.
Drive new user assistance approaches that effectively serve customers like (interactive) graphics, animated GIFs, how-to videos & social media content.
Create user assistance deliverables in a development team that enable users to implement, configure, and use software applications.
Participate in software & documentation testing.
Define simple, consistent terminology that conforms to industry standards.
Act as an advocate for an excellent user experience.
