5 years of Workday HCM functional and integrations experience,
Workday and ITIL certification will be a value added.
Your responsibilities
Support the design, integrity, and quality of an IT solution delivered to the Business,
Manage project and change delivery including testing,
Compliance management in application area including risk management,
Application lifecycle management in SNOW and CMDB,
Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution, providing input and expertise to solutions for any incident. Requesting RCAs,
Incident analysis to be regularly done for issue trends, identify recurring issues to be converted to problems, SLA adherence,
Partners with Global HR areas to translate line HR and/or end users requests into business requirements; demonstrates understanding of what is and is not possible to help set realistic expectations both locally and global,
Establish a working relationship with stakeholders, understanding their need for IT application services, and managing the introduction of new services, service improvements, and (eventually) service reductions and retirements.
