Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology-driven company (preferred industries: IT, MedTech, HealthTech, biotech, or laboratory diagnostics).
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes (from prospecting and lead generation to contract signing).
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in international sales and in developing long-term client relationships.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1) and strong command of Polish (minimum B2).
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations, commercial proposals, negotiations, and agreements.
  • Solid understanding of current market trends in MedTech, AI, and laboratory diagnostics.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and the United States.

Your responsibilities

  • Building and expanding a network of business contacts.
  • Conducting direct meetings with prospective clients and partners.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients/partners.
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — including sales meetings, negotiations, and proposal preparation.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with clients and partners.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape within the MedTech / HealthTech sectors.
  • Building and expanding a network of business contacts.
