Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology-driven company (preferred industries: IT, MedTech, HealthTech, biotech, or laboratory diagnostics).
Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes (from prospecting and lead generation to contract signing).
Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
Experience in international sales and in developing long-term client relationships.
Fluency in English (minimum C1) and strong command of Polish (minimum B2).
Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations, commercial proposals, negotiations, and agreements.
Solid understanding of current market trends in MedTech, AI, and laboratory diagnostics.
Willingness to travel across Europe and the United States.
