A technical University degree (or proven IT engineering knowledge)
3 years of professional experience in the IT field
ISTQB certification
Experience in software testing (manual and automation)
Knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript (ECMA 6), HTML 5, CSS3; and back-end: Node.js
Technically oriented. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to translate customer product story into technical requirements
Excellent fluency in English (C1 or higher)
Innate soft skills: effortless communication with team members and staff, confidence in speaking in front of a larger audience
Self-motivation, self-management and time management skills to meet deadlines and/or priorities
Passion for technology and continuous improvement of supported products and solutions

Your responsibilities
Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of customer applications
Designing test cases
Identifying improvements to existing solutions
Creating and maintaining documentation
Creating sample and demo applications presenting Smart Signage usage in various business scenarios (including integration with peripherals or 3rd party solutions)
Supporting partners in integration their solution with Samsung CMS
Delivering consulting service to system integrators and local European Samsung subsidiaries
Delivering onsite and/or remote technical trainings to developers and partners
Supporting introductions of new products, features and technologies
Maintaining good relationships with local offices, system integrators, clients
Business trips mostly within Europe up to 20% time
