Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry

Your responsibilities
Providing assistance and supporting Analysts and Business Analysts in Business Analysis, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities
Gathering, translating and clarifying business requirements and defining design options
Assisting with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements
Provide support to Change Management activities such as designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness adoption, and feedback
Support and/or participate in implementation activities such as implementation readiness and piloting
Engage with stakeholders to find solutions to problems
Support Krakow WPB GTC team in admin activities (i.e. Recruitment, Headcount tracking & reporting, cost tracking, Training & Capability Management, MI Responsibilities)
