University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – or a comparable professional qualification
Proven leadership experience is required, including the ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Hands-on experience in IT operations, ideally in an international or multi-site environment
Solid expertise in modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Teams Telephony, or Endpoint Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders across functions and regions
A proactive mindset, structured working style, and a strong sense of ownership

Your responsibilities
Leading and developing the IT Workplace team, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment
Managing and continuously improving our cloud-based workplace services, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
Driving strategic workplace initiatives and lead related projects from planning to implementation
Ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across IT and EMEA business functions during organizational and technical changes
Serving as a key partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring IT supports business needs and operational goals
