5+ years of experience in consulting, presales, or client-facing solution roles in the software industry
3+ years of hands-on involvement in pre-sales activities, including bidding, offer preparation, and client negotiations
Exceptional communication skills in English and Polish (C1+), both written and spoken
Strong storytelling and negotiation abilities - able to clearly connect business value with technical feasibility
Confident in estimating, scoping, and structuring technology solutions and proposals
Skilled in facilitating client workshops, leading discussions, and building consensus among stakeholders
Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, hybrid, etc.) and best practices
Comfortable collaborating across sales, delivery, architecture, and consulting functions
Proven experience designing and selling complex solutions, ideally across multiple industries and delivery models (E2E projects, team augmentation, etc.)
Proactive and self-directed: thrives in dynamic environments, works independently with minimal oversight, and brings structure to ambiguity
Collaborative team player: values peer input and works effectively across roles and teams
Composed under pressure: delivers in fast-paced settings, thinks clearly on their feet, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities

Your responsibilities
Craft winning solution offers and estimations - defining scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Present and negotiate offers with clients - adjusting scope and structure based on budget, priorities, and expected value. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Use storytelling and consulting techniques to help clients understand the "why" behind your recommendations
Lead discovery calls and workshops with clients and internal experts to understand business goals, challenges, and user needs
Apply methods like value stream mapping, MoSCoW analysis, persona discovery, user journey mapping, and others to shape solution scope
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Technology Experts, Business Managers) to build winning, delivery-ready offers
Build trust through deep domain understanding, solution logic, and clear communication
Be active across pre-sales, consulting, and early post-sales phases, helping ensure continuity, credibility and growth.
Work across varied client engagements: end-to-end product development, team extension, or staff augmentation - always helping clients get the most value
