Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and reporting tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Rally)..
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A flexible mindset and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and
• solve problems creatively
• Curiosity and openness to evolving the PM role in the context of AI and automation

Your responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical projects and programs across the organization
• Manage administrative and operational tasks such as workforce planning, headcount tracking, and performance metrics tracking
• Own and maintain trackers and dashboards for organizational reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineering, product, HR, finance, and leadership
• Proactively identify gaps and take initiative to solve problems - even when they fall outside traditional PM scope
• Embrace and explore how AI and automation can reshape project management practices
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive reporting
• Support contracts with vendors and suppliers by monitoring tasks and deliverables
• Support ad hoc initiatives that may not be strictly project-related but are critical to organizational success
