Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years in program management of software development projects, with a minimum of 1 years in operations role.
Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management and roadmap planning.
Experience leading Organizational process improvements.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
A confident problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
Have exceptional leadership, time management, organizational and facilitation skills.
Must Have Technical skills: Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Metrics; Hands on experience with JIRA Platform and Confluence.
Optional
Experience in the digital advertising, Mobile, and/or Smart TV space a plus.
Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions.
Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders.
Experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
PMP certification a plus.
Your responsibilities
Work with engineering teams for capacity planning, program increment planning and allocation of resources to prioritized initiatives.
Publish Organization’s quarterly committed roadmaps to stakeholders.
Establish governance around execution to ensure the teams are delivering against the roadmap commits.
Ensure organization level KPIs for Agile development teams to measure their performance on the site level.
Implement productivity metrics leveraging Jira and BI tools that are insightful and help the leadership make informed decisions.
Building a data-oriented culture, adoption of tools and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
Provide data insights and recommendations to functional leaders on operational efficiencies.
Provide visibility to stakeholder community on key milestones and business value delivered by the organization.
Drive the planning, execution, and reviews of site level OKRs & MBOs.
Maintain an active list of stakeholders, planning schedules and templates.
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large group of audience, track and follow up on action items to closure.
Identify and mitigate risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.
