• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable
• You have initial professional experience as a buyer or in process management and already have initial project management experience from the agile and classic environment
• You have in-depth knowledge of reporting solutions such as SAP BI / SAC and POWER BI and have a soft spot for numbers and their use
• You have a strong analytical and strategic or networked way of thinking and quickly recognize process-related relationships
• You have a high degree of initiative, flexibility and goal-oriented work and enjoy taking on responsibility
• You always want to develop yourself and are an enthusiastic team player
• Convincing communication skills and presentation skills as well as very good English skills (C1) round off your profile. Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Ability and Experience to data analysis
• Quick comprehension, assertiveness, a structured approach, and a self-reliant approach
• High degree of initiative and independent work

Your responsibilities

• You coordinate and/or accompany reporting and planning projects in MAN Procurement; this includes professional, systemic and organizational development
• Manage scoping activities for strategic risk management activities and supply chain compliance
• Analyze risk exposures in the supply chain by analyzing data connected to relevant supply chain regulations or defined risks.
• Prepare reports about scoping and risk exposures
• Prepare and steer activities for countermeasures and deep-dive activities
