Our requirements

• IT project management and planning skills proven by 7 years of experience
• Previous experience from release or deployment management activities, preferably from the banking sector
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework, preferably on Nordea’s side
• Confident working with Project Management tools - Jira, Confluence
• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications
• Planning and coordinating the release and deployment of multiple parallel releases
• Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone
• Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration
