Who you Are

We are looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud solutions using Terraform and Azure DevOps. You will be responsible for deploying and managing Azure resources such as Defender for Cloud, Azure SQL, ADLS, Azure Backup, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure Key Vault, and Managed Identities. You will also apply core DevOps principles such as source control, continuous integration, continuous delivery, testing, monitoring, approval processes, and feedback. This position requires availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Deploy and configure Azure resources using terraform modules, Azure Verified Modules, and Azure pipelines.
• Ensure security and compliance of Azure resources using Defender for Cloud, Azure Key Vault, Private Link, Azure Backup, and Managed Identities.
• Manage data and analytics solutions such as Azure SQL, ADLS, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
• Deploy serverless infrastructure such as Azure Web App Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps using Azure DevOps.
• Employ application CICD with Azure Data Factory, Azure Web App Services, and Azure Functions
• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure resources and applications using Azure Monitor and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders using agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure scalability and availability of the Data platform and related resources

Skills and Qualifications:

• DevOps & Azure-related certifications
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Computing (Azure), or related fields.
• Proficient in Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Azure CLI/PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure resources such as Defender for Cloud, Azure SQL, Azure Backup, ADLS, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure Key Vault, and Managed Identities.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles such as source control, continuous integration, continuous delivery, testing, monitoring, and feedback.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos.
• Experience with Github actions and Azure DevOps pipelines, tasks, and artifacts.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
