We offer a B2B Contract:

• 180 – 220 PLN net/hour + VAT

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Data & AI Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of our client's on-premise data platform with native AI agent capabilities.

You will define the architecture for an integrated ecosystem enabling teams to build intelligent agents and applications with direct, seamless access to both structured and unstructured data. You will drive the technical vision, guide implementation, and ensure the platform becomes a foundation for innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Implementation

• Architect and develop a secure, scalable data platform designed for hybrid deployment.

• Integrate storage for structured and unstructured data, including vector, time-series databases, and traditional data lakes.

• Build modular interfaces for pluggable AI models, supporting both cloud-hosted LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source options (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon).

AI Agentic Framework

• Design and lead the implementation of an AI agentic framework that allows internal users to develop, deploy, and manage autonomous agents for data retrieval, transformation, decisioning, and analytics.

• Define abstraction layers, orchestration workflows, and fine-grained agent controls via internal APIs and data contracts.

Software Engineering

• Develop REST APIs with microservice architecture to power both front-end interfaces and back-end data ingress/egress for the agentic platform..

Data & AI Governance

• Define and implement governance, lineage, and observability across the data and AI stack.

• Enforce enterprise-grade security, RBAC/ABAC, and privacy standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner cross-functionally with data engineers, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to bring the platform vision to life.

• Mentor engineers and set technical direction, architecture

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, distributed systems, or ML platform engineering with recent few years of experience in architecture design and implementation

• Deep experience building on-premises or hybrid data systems (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg, Airflow).

• Strong understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.

• Proven experience designing and implementing ML pipelines, inference runtimes, and data retrieval frameworks.

• Proficiency with at least one programming language ( Python, Go, Java)

• Proficiency with at least one AI/ML framework ( LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face Transformers).

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and building scalable, production-grade RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration across distributed systems and AI-powered applications.

• Strong English communication skills and a track record of delivering complex systems in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

• Experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering strategies.

• Familiarity with open-source projects like LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and ReAct-based agent architectures.
