About the Project

For our Client - a global logistics company we are looking for a Data Analyst (Mapping). You’ll join a team of experienced professionals dedicated to helping organizations make the most of their data. The goal is to build reliable, well-governed, and smart data ecosystems that drive innovation, support regulatory compliance, and create real business impact.

Work Mode: Hybrid work from Warsaw office (3 times/week)

Duration of the project: 4-6 months

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to assess attribute completeness and ensure alignment with established logical data models

• Conduct technical evaluations of message structures across various data formats

• Utilize interface documentation to interpret data structures and carry out accurate mapping activities

• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively throughout the process

• Develop and maintain detailed mapping specification documents

• Ensure proper version control and adherence to governance and workflow management procedures

Expectations

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and experience in data attribute analysis and mapping is a strong plus

• Strong analytical thinking and a methodical, evidence-based approach to problem-solving

• High attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver accurate results

• Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

• Solid understanding of IT systems and data-related concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
