Requirements description

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 6+ years of BA experience
• Good Technical Knowledge in SQL, to look at stored procedures etc. and understand the data in already existing solutions
• Required experience and qualifications: Business partnering, Can support in data questions that relate to business (processes)
• Can run SQL queries and pull and join different data - Capable of visualizing in the right format and right tool (Thoughtspot, Tableau, ...)
• Data Analyses experience in SQL and Snowflake environments
• Good Data and Exploration Skills
• Industry knowledge in Commercial Domain

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in the DataOne architecture, tools and practices is a plus

• up to 1,400 PLN net + VAT/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience

Your responsibilities

1. Understand the Business Requirements and decompose them into user stories and tasks for the team
2. Read and analyze stored procedures and scripts to understand business logic and document it (SQL knowledge required)
3. Work closely with business users to understand data requirements and create simple dashboards or visualizations to support decision-making
4. Translate requirements into specifications using precise technical language and create high-quality documentation
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of objectives, constraints, and requirements
