We are looking for a skilled Change Management Analyst to join a global cybersecurity service delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT change processes, stakeholder engagement, and service management, who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

As part of the team, you will support the coordination of the Cybersecurity Change Board, ensure compliance with SDLC controls, review change records for quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve change processes. Your work will directly contribute to risk reduction and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

1. Coordinating the Cybersecurity Change Board and managing agendas in ServiceNow CAB Workbench
2. Ensuring adherence to SDLC controls and educating change initiators
3. Reviewing change records for completeness and quality
4. Reporting on change management metrics and compliance
5. Identifying and addressing recurring issues in collaboration with stakeholders
