Your responsibilities

1. Manage a group of backend engineers
2. Collaborate with business and sales teams
3. Assume a technical leadership role in backend project streams
4. Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to foster their development
5. Perform technical code reviews and contribute to backend architecture design
6. Participate in troubleshooting bugs and delivering small features and proof-of-concepts.
