Your responsibilities

  • Do you want to help ensure that our products and data meet the requirements for responsibility, safety, and sustainability?
  • At Tvilum, we create more than furniture – we build responsible solutions that last.
  • As one of Europe’s leading manufacturers in the “ready-to-assemble” segment, we combine proud craftsmanship traditions with modern, sustainable production – delivering to customers all over the world.
  • We are now looking for a sharp and ambitious Compliance & ESG Specialist to help ensure that our products and data meet the required standards. You will play a key role in driving work with product requirements, compliance, and ESG data, helping to strengthen transparency, accountability, and documented quality across the entire company.
  • About the role
  • As a Compliance & ESG Specialist, you will be a key player in Tvilum’s ambition to combine quality with responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with applicable laws and standards – and, importantly, that we stay one step ahead in a world of increasing regulatory demands.
  • You will also play an important role in our ESG initiatives, contributing with precise data management and meaningful reporting that makes a real difference – both internally and externally.
  • You will work closely with skilled colleagues from Engineering, Product Management, and Production – and be in ongoing dialogue with authorities and external partners. It’s a role with a broad network, high professional standards, and significant influence on the direction our company takes.
  • Your main tasks will be to…
  • - Ensure compliance – from legal text to practice
  • - Keep track of product requirements and technical standards such as EN, REACH, EUDR, FSC/PEFC, etc.
  • - Validate products for safety and legislation – either externally or at our own test center
  • - Lead and document compliance projects across the organization
  • - Build strong relationships with authorities, testing institutes, and certification bodies
  • - Create data traceability and ensure that documentation is in place from development through to production
  • Put ESG on the agenda – with data and direction
  • - Contribute to ESG reporting (CSRD, GHG, LCA/EPD) with a focus on valid data and structured insights
  • - Support work with supplier data and Scope 3
  • - Help develop and implement new systems for ESG data management
  • - Translate requirements and expectations into concrete actions in daily operations
  • - Drive the embedding of ESG work – ensuring everyone understands both the “what” and the “why”
  • - Travel activity should be expected (5 days per month or every second month).

Our requirements

  • Who are you?
  • You are curious, professionally strong, and able to navigate confidently in the intersection between technology, strategy, and business. You have a natural sense of structure and thrive on turning complex requirements into concrete solutions that create value – both for the company and our customers.
  • We imagine you:
  • - Have a technical, environmental, or scientific educational background
  • - Have experience with compliance and/or ESG reporting – preferably from a manufacturing company
  • - Are familiar with EU regulations, the GHG Protocol, CSRD, LCA, and product certifications
  • - Are analytically strong and enjoy working in a data-driven, process-oriented way
  • - Have strong communication skills – both written and spoken – in Polish and English
  • - Have commercial understanding and insight into how compliance and sustainability tie into business development and customer focus
  • - You are motivated by making a difference – and you know that even the best system only works if it makes sense in practice and builds trust in the market.

What we offer

  • With us, you will get…
  • - A central role in a company that takes responsible production and documented sustainability seriously – not as a trend, but as an integrated part of the business
  • - The opportunity to make your mark – both on concrete processes and the strategic direction of our ESG work
  • - A workday characterized by high professionalism, short decision-making paths, and an informal work environment where collaboration and sparring are part of the culture
  • - Great freedom with responsibility – with flexibility in work life and good opportunities for professional and personal development
  • Is this you we’re looking for?
  • If you can see yourself in the role and want to make a difference in a company on the move, we would love to hear from you.
  • We review applications on an ongoing basis and invite candidates for interviews, and therefore reserve the right to close the recruitment process once we have found the right candidate.
