About the project

• We are looking for an experienced IT Business/System Analyst with hands-on experience working with the Guidewire platform – especially BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter – to join a long-term project for one of our key international clients in the insurance industry.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyze and document business requirements related to the core insurance platform (Guidewire).
• Translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Prepare functional documentation, business process models, and system specifications.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and IT.

Our requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Business Analyst/System Analyst in the insurance or financial sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter).
• Solid understanding of insurance processes.
• Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, etc.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (min. B2+ / C1) – daily communication with international teams.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes (once per quarter, within the EU)
