Your responsibilities

• Ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries
• Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
• Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
• Resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly
• Performing an analysis of invoices in the process
• Supporting the coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk
• Supporting your team leader in further developing the team
• Working on process improvements and, when required, participating in projects and initiatives

Our requirements

• Educational background in finance
• Bring a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the finance or accounting area
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken, min. B2)
• Teamwork approach and enjoy working in a diverse, international environment
• Coordinate communication professionally with stakeholders, both from local organizations and suppliers
• Fluently navigate in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with systems like SAP
