Your responsibilities

  • Support, develop, and maximize the potential of existing e-commerce customers and business partners—direct and indirect—across the region.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and partners where business priorities justify.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for clients, aligned with company strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Build, strengthen, and nurture positive relationships with customers and business partners ensuring growth and satisfaction.
  • Create digital product content using AI-based tools and SEO best practices to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Initiate and manage cooperation with agency partners and our distributor network to plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising and promotional campaigns across key e-commerce and online platforms (e.g., Allegro, Alza, eMAG, Empik, Google, social media). Focus on supporting and increasing the visibility and sales performance of partner offers as well as our mutual e-commerce business goals.
  • Develop tailored sales offers for end customers and assist with sales optimization on key marketplaces.
  • Analyze performance data, identify development opportunities, and introduce new e-commerce tools and solutions.
  • Prepare actionable recommendations and report to the Sales Director EE.
  • Work with international e-commerce and trade marketing colleagues to share best practices and coordinate regional initiatives.
  • Participate in co-creation and control of the regional marketing budget.
  • Provide general trade marketing support to the sales team, including the development, translation, and localization of marketing materials (POS, catalogs, planograms, etc.).
  • Analyze and report the ROI of campaigns and marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement.

Our requirements

  • University degree (business, marketing, economics or similar)
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a dynamic, international environment with leading marketplace platforms
  • Good knowledge of market dynamics (Allegro, eMAG, Alza, Empik, etc.) and digital marketing tools
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools and solutions supporting e-commerce (e.g., for content creation, SEO optimization, analytics, campaign automation, product recommendations) and a willingness to use these technologies to achieve business results
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in using data for decision-making (Excel, PowerBI, marketplace analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Polish or another Central and Eastern European language will be an additional advantage)
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude – willingness to take responsibility and achieve results in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work in a team, willingness to cooperate with colleagues from different countries and departments
  • Interest in DIY, tools, or consumer goods will be an additional advantage
