Your responsibilities

• Recording and posting of cost documents using the SAP system;
• Preparation and posting of monthly payments;
• Accounting and payment of VAT;
• Supervising the merits and performing checks on the correctness of the operations performed;
• Participating in month and year-end closing processes;
• Preparation of financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable;
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounts payable function;
• Provide a high level of Spain-speaking customer service and partnership to all stakeholders in.

Our requirements

• Min 1 year experience in a similar role;
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2);
• Good knowledge of Spain (B1 level);
• Nice to have French (B1 level);
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Self-reliance and responsibility;
• Developed analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team.
