Your responsibilities

• Overseeing the granulation production processes
• Implementation of CI activities (development of applicable standards, cost optimization and achievement of goals – KPIs)
• Step-by-step assistance in determining and defining key parameters of production processes (m.in. standard working times, determination of resources and the level of raw material consumption)
• Engaged participation in projects for the development and implementation of new production engineering (assistance in testing, verification, and optimization of processes related to new engineering solutions)
• Support engineering and manufacturing teams to implement new manufacturing solutions
• Cooperation with the research and development (R&I) team in order to adapt and implement innovative solutions to the granulation production proces
• Preparation and completion of production documentation

Our requirements

• University degree (i.e. food technology, chemistry, biotechnology, quality management)
• At least 3 years of experience in a technology role within a FMCG industry
• Advanced English and fluent Polish language command
• Practical knowledge of HACCP and QMS
• Direct experience in the process industry (production of liquid flavours, e.g. breweries, dairies, pharmaceutical production)
