Your responsibilities

• Whether you're installing precision weighing systems in a pharmacy, calibrating pH meters in a testing lab, or troubleshooting a weighbridge at a food production facility, no two days are the same. As a Field Service Technician in the Zuid-Holland region, you’ll ensure that clients across various sectors receive top-tier technical support and reliable solutions.
• In this role, you’ll serve as the face of the company for our customers. Each workday, you’ll hit the road in your service vehicle to visit one to three clients, providing hands-on service that includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, validation, and repairs. You’ll work across a diverse client base—from retailers to industrial manufacturers—keeping their operations running smoothly.
• You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. We provide comprehensive onboarding, including product-specific training and shadowing experienced colleagues. Even once you’re working independently, you’ll continue to benefit from accessible technical resources and a supportive team of fellow service technicians and supervisors. Regular team meetups offer opportunities to share knowledge and stay current with new developments.

Our requirements

• You’ll be visiting multiple client sites each week, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator. You can quickly assess technical issues, understand customer environments, and offer solutions that go beyond the task at hand—identifying commercial opportunities such as equipment upgrades when appropriate.
• Requirements:
• • A completed MBO-level qualification in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics)
• • Ideally, prior experience in a field service or mobile technician role
• • Good command of the Dutch or English language.
• • A valid category B driving license
